Being busy means I don’t find much time to exercise, but now I’v got this app, I can fit in exercise ay any time of the day.

Just bought this app (I follow all the MEDL apps). Much cooler than i thought it would be. not a big exercise fan, but these dont get you all sweaty and keep you in shape.

MEDL also launched recently Pocket Reference (http://medlmobile.com/index.php?page=viewapp&appId=22)

this is really cool, all in one place.
